Starting January 1st, 2025, employees and spouses on Eaton’s UHC medical plan will get access to Color’s health platform to support you with an easier way to coordinate and manage cancer screenings. If you create an account before then, we’ll send you a reminder on January 1st, 2025 to complete your enrollment so you can to get free at-home cancer screening kits, easy access to in-person services like mammograms and colonoscopies, private genetic testing, and support from a team of cancer experts with Color.
With Color, you get the cancer screenings you need, at-home or in-person, as well as support from a broad team of experts. Whether you’re looking to understand your cancer risk, currently in treatment, or have had cancer in the past, the Color program comes at no cost to you.

Your health insurance covers preventive screenings 100% when done with in-network providers
Color will find in-network, high-quality providers for treatment when needed to help you avoid surprise costs.
After completing a short assessment, you’ll receive your personal care plan, access to a dedicated care team who can assist you with cancer screenings and questions, and a gift. A few days later, you will receive your Color Welcome Package, which includes at-home tests, if applicable
All at-home tests and Color care team services are generously covered by Eaton and your UHC health plan.
Any services provided by non-Color providers, like mammograms and colonoscopies, will be billed through your insurance. Your care advocate will work with you to find the most cost-effective providers for these services, with most provided at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
Cancer screening tests are designed to detect early signs of cancer or conditions that may lead to cancer. An abnormal result means that the test identified something outside of the normal range. It does not necessarily mean that cancer is present. Additional follow-up is commonly needed to better understand the result.
Your care team will be available to answer any of your questions and help you receive follow-up testing to clarify your results.
We are happy to make it even easier for you to work with your existing care team! For example, we can order your mammogram or colonoscopy so you can skip a visit to the doctor. We are also able to share test results with additional doctors at your request.
High-risk individuals are eligible for an at-home genetic test that will analyze 29 genes—including BRCA1 and BRCA2—to help women and men understand their risk for common hereditary cancers. You will also have complimentary access to genetic counseling, in case you have any questions about your results.
Color will not share your personal health data with your employer. Your health data will be treated in strict compliance with all legal and privacy obligations and Color’s policies on privacy
