Meeting the Breast and Ovarian Cancer Community at the 2015 FORCE Annual Conference

Color Genomics

Color’s mission is to democratize access to genetic testing, and to do so in a thoughtful and responsible way. Every test requires a physician order and includes genetic counseling. Our approach emphasizes high quality results and a simple, seamless experience for our clients.

Another manifestation of our mission is our core belief that we must be deeply connected to the community that we serve. This belief has informed our company philosophy and product design from the beginning. Over the last two years as we built Color, we have been fortunate to meet and be counseled by previvors and patient advocacy leaders, as well as top cancer geneticists and clinicians. These conversations have informed our philosophy on enabling open research into cancer, publishing variants into ClinVar, and ensuring clients can choose to help advance medical research through testing with Color. Our conversation with cancer survivors and previvors also influenced the establishment of the Every Woman Program, in which Color partners with leading cancer institutions to support high-risk women and men who cannot afford genetic testing.

Through the FORCE Conference, we plan to continue learning from and contributing to the community by infusing our learnings into our company and product. Please find us at booth #45 — we would love to meet you.

We look forward to meeting you!
